Before you write

A few common questions are answered on the home page FAQ. For anything else, tell us:

• What you were trying to do and what happened instead.
• Your device and app version (Settings → About).
• A screenshot, if the issue is visual.

Account and data

To export or delete your data, email us from the address on your account and we will confirm the request.

Billing

Purchases and refunds are handled by the App Store. Request a refund at reportaproblem.apple.com. We can still help you find the right place.
